Month 1

Our team will complete all required government forms and prioritise supplementary documents. We’ll also handle interactions with the property developer and the Hellenic Republic Ministry of Migration and Asylum for you, including executing a sales and purchase agreement.

Months 1–2

We thoroughly vet your application to ensure it meets the Ministry’s criteria before submitting the necessary forms. The Ministry conducts its own due diligence, and we maintain ongoing communication with them to expedite your application. You’ll receive a receipt from the Ministry, serving as a temporary residence permit while your application is processed.

Month 2

After the Ministry approves your application, you’re required to make all obligatory contributions and pay any government fees. Finally, you and your family will be issued the appropriate residency certificates.
